The Governor of the West Region, Contracting Authority, hereby launches on behalf of the Regional Delegate of  MIN HOU/West, Project Owner's Representative, an Open National Invitation to Tender for the execution of drainage works on a road section and completion works of a bridge in the NOE Division. West Region. 

The works covered by this Tender Document are grouped into{two)2 lots.

Participation is opened on equal terms to all Cameroonian companies in the Building and Public Works sector  (Categories A, B, and C) established in Cameroon. 

The works, which are the subject of this Call for Tenders, are financed by: BIP/ MINHDU EXERCISE 2026,  ONE·OFF DELEGATION 

The physical tender file can be consulted during working hours at the Office of the Governor of the West Region in Bafoussam, Room 114, upon publication of this notice.

The physical version can be obtained at the Governor's Office in Bafoussam upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 120,000 (One hundred and twenty thousand) CFA francs at the General Treasury of Bafoussam. 

The electronic version may be downloaded free of charge on line. However, submission is subject to payment of the tender file fee. 

The maximum time allowed for completion of the works is: Four (04) months per lot, including the rainy  season. This period starts from the date of notification of the service order to commence work.
