Bidding will be conducted through the National competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in IsDB’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and related services under Islamic Development Bank Project Financing April 2019 revised February 2023 (“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. ISLAMIC DEVELOPMENT BANK- INSTALEMENT SALES

1.            Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from

1.            A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 50,000 (fifty thousand) FCFA. The method of payment will be to the Cashier of RVCDP against a receipt. The document will be issued to the bidder or sent by email upon presentation of the receipt of purchase of bidding document.

1.            Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 03/07/2026 at 11:00 a.m. local time. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 03/07/2026 immediately after latest time of submission i.e., 11:00 a.m. local time.

  All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of amount.
