FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SOLAR POWERED BORE HOLE AT M'MEMBEL VILLAGE
IN ALOU SUB DIVISION LEBIALEM DIVISION
The works comprise the output of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provide in the technical specifications and the quantitative estimates
The estimated budget inclusive of taxes is as twenty million (27,000,000)francs
The tender is open to duly Iegalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfil the requirements of this invitation to tender. Bidders can bid for one or more lots but can be awarded a maximum of two lots.
Works of this invitation to tender shall be financed by Public Investment Budget (PIB) of the 2026 financial year, budget head, IMPUTATION: E030322320000010421464211 RECORD: JB04717

The maximum time frame provided for the execution of the works formi invitation to tender is three (03) months, with effect from the date of noti order to commence works.
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate Financial establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 11 of the Tender File and Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security worth of 540 000FCFA (2% of the project amount first phase) which is valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids.
Bid bonds for unsuccessful bidders shah! be withdrawn not later than fifteen (15) days after the award of the contract and that of the successful bidder shall be retained until the required performance guarantee for good execution is provided

The contract shall be awarded to the bidder whose bid will be judged essentially in compliance with the Tender File and who has the required technical and financial capacities to execute the contract satisfactorily and whose financial offer was evaluated as the lowest by including, where necessary, proposed rebates.
Bidders will remain committed to their bids for 90 days from the deadline set for the submission of bids.
