The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications.
estimated cost alter preliminary studies is 20 000 000 FRS.
Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.
Services which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be funded by the Public Investment Budget of the 2026 financial year budgetary head:

the Tender File, of an amount of 1 500 000 CFAF and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids

The bids shah be opcned in a single (04) phase on the 17/04/2026 at llam local time by the Tenders Board of the Contracting Authority in the Conference Hall of Nguti Council. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.
i. Main Eliminatory Criteria
A bid shah be out rightly rejected if:
It lacks bid bond;
Rejection alter 48hours
The technical score is less than the
minimum requircd;
It has any fake or forged document;
It lacks any quantified unit price;
It cardes any false information.
It does not respect the model
documents
The bidder has antecedents of
abandoned or uncompleted projects.

Non-respect of two (02) of the above criteria shall entail rejection of the bid
The Contracting Authority shall award the
contract to the bidder whose bid was judged essentially in conformity with the Tender File and who has the required technical and financial capacities to execute the contract satisfactorily and whose bid was evaluated as the lowest by including, where necessary, proposed rebates
Bidders will remain committed to their bids for ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders
