The services of this contract comprise notably: (supply of two light dump trucks, transportation, handling, setting up and acceptante, as specified in the technical specifications
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is =90.000.000= (ninety Million) Francs CFA.
a) The supplies .shall be one!(01) lot, defined as follows:
Supply of Two Light Dump Trucks = 90.000.000= (ninety million) francs CFA TTC.
Participation in this invitation to tender is open to local enterprises with experience in the
supply of equipment of this nature
The Supply which comprises the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by PAMOL budget 2025

The maximum deadiine provided for the delivery of the supplies comprising the subject of this invitation to tender is 90 days from the date of notification of service order to commence
Bidders must include in their administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry of Finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, for an amount of =1,800.000= (one million eight hundred thousand) francs CFA.

The bids shall be opened in a single phase on 14/08/2025 at 12: 00 noon, local time by the Pamol Internai Tenders Board situated at Pamol KARATA Junction, Limbe office.
Only bidders may attend or be represented by a duly mandated person
13. Evaluation criteria
The Evaluation of offers is based on the following:
14.1 Eliminatory criteria
Bids shall be rejected when:
· Absence of bid bond,
· They do not have complete and valid administrative documents,
· They do not have complete Technical / Financial Offers,
· They do not conform to the Technical Specifications,
· They have faisified documents,
· They do not show proof of experience in the supply of heavy duty equipment.
· They do not meet at least four out of five of the essential criteria -:- Absence of quantity unit price
v Non-compliance with the Tender Notice.
