The Government of Republic of Cameroon has received financing from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) toward the cost of the Rice Value Chain Development Project (RVCDP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the construction of IHC, schools and CEACS including VIP toilets, WP, Waste Disposal and solar lighting in five lots in the Northwest Region.

Lot 1:  7,500,000 million FCFA,

Lot 2:  4,500,000 million FCFA

Lot 3:  9,000,000 million FCFA,

Lot 4:  6,800,000 million FCFA,

Lot 5: 7,500,000 million FCFA

CONSTRUCTION OF INTEGRATED HEALTH CENTRES, SCHOOLS AND ACTION CENTRES INCLUDING BUILDING, VIP TOILETS, WP, WASTE DISPOSAL, SOLAR LIGHTING IN FIVE LOTS AS FOLLOWS.

N/B:  Bidders can bid for more than 01 lot but can be attributed maximum two lots only on the condition the bidder

A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 80,000 (eighty thousand) FCFA. The method of payment will be to the Cashier of RVCDP against a receipt. The document will be issued to the bidder or sent by email upon presentation of the receipt of purchase of bidding document

        Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 13/05/2025 at 12:00 noon local time. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on 13/05/2025 immediately after latest time of submission i.e., 12:00 noon local time.
