Article 1: The purpose of the ADDENDUM is to modify the Section 22 and 24 corresponding to bid submission and opening dates as follows:

Section 22 (Former): Submission of bids

The deadline for submission of Quotations is the 29^TH September 2026 at 10 am.

Section 22 (New): Submission of bids

The ADDENDUM sets the new bid submission date as follows; deadline for submission of Quotations is the 13 October 2026 at 10 am.

 Section 24 (Former): Opening of bids

The opening of the quotations will take place at the headquarters of the TIKO Council on 29^TH September 2026 at 11 am, local time, in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives, by the Internal Tender Board.

Section 14 (New): Opening of bids

The ADDENDUM sets the new bid opening date as follows; The opening of the quotations will take place at the headquarters of the TIKO Council on 13^TH October 2026 at 11 am, local time, in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives, by the Internal Tender Board.

Article 2: the rest of the REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS N°001/CISG/MAYOR/TC/TCITB/PROLOG/2026 OF 4th SEPTEMBER 2026 CONCERNING THE DRILLING OF A BOREHOLE WITH SOLAR PUMP AND CONSTRUCTION OF A WATER TOWER TO SUPPLY FOUR STAND TAPS AT THE CREEKS, TIKO MUNICIPALITY, FAKO DIVISION, SOUTH-WEST REGION remains unchanged.
