Elements of the Request for Proposal
- The training program lasts nine (09) weeks;
- Provide coffee breaks and lunch for 30 participants (25 trainees and 5 staff members) for 50 business days;
- 25 computers (laptops) to be provided per training session;
- Twenty percent (20%) will be paid upon submission of the kick-off report, which must be approved by the PforR UCP;
- Thirty percent (30%) will be paid after the PforR UCP approves the report on the first four sessions;
- Thirty percent (30%) will be paid after the PforR UCP approves the report on the next four sessions;
- Twenty percent (20%) will be paid after the PforR UCP approves the report on the last session and the final training report.

Elements of the Request for Proposal
- 7 training sessions (weeks);
- 20 learners per training session;
- 20 computers to be provided per training session;
- 35 total training days instead of 50/55;
- Payment schedule: 20% upon submission of the Kickoff Report, 30% for the first 3 weeks, 30% for the following 3 weeks, and 20% for the final week and the final report.
