HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:

Article I: A Commission is hereby created to carry out the technical and provisional acceptance of the Jobbing Order.Article II: The commission is made up of the following:

Chairman: The Director General of MIDENO/Representative

Secretary: The Contract Engineer (The Technical Director - MIDENO)

Members: A Representative from MINMAP NWR (As observer), The Contract Manager (MIDENO’s Procurement Officer, the Stores Accountant of MIDENO and the Contractor/Representative.Article III: The technical and provisional acceptance is scheduled on Thursday 30th July 2026 at 10:00 am at the MIDENO Head Office.Article IV: The Directors of the Technical Department and Administration and Finance are each in their capacity charged with the implementation of this Decision.FOR: NORTH WEST DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
