                                 ADDENDUM

SUBJECT: AMENDMENT TO OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER IN EMERGENCY PROCEDURE NO. 010/ONIT/BC/BCITB/2026 OF 31/01/2026 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A THREE-PHASE ELECTRICITY LINE FROM BELO THROUGH IGHAM TO ANJIN, JUAMBUM AND TUMUKU, BELO SUB-DIVISION, BOYO DIVISION, NORTH-WEST REGION.

 Sir,

Pursuant to the launch of the above-mentioned Open National Invitation to Tender on 31 January 2026 and its publication at the Public Contracts Regulatory Agency (PCRA), with bids initially scheduled to be opened on 28 February 2026, it has been established, following technical consultations with the competent ministries concerned with the execution of the project, that errors were identified in the Bill of Quantities.

In order to ensure proper technical harmonization and the effective execution of the project, it has been deemed necessary to extend the deadline for the submission of bids.

Accordingly:

·                     The new deadline for the submission of bids is hereby fixed for 14 March 2026.

·                     The opening of bids shall take place on 14 March 2026 at 11:00 a.m., at the designated venue.

All other provisions of the Tender File remain unchanged.

Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Service of the Belo Council (Tel :670142120) during official working hours, Monday to Friday.
