HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS

Article 1: That PURPOSE ENGINEERING COMPANY LTD, is awarded Request for Quotation N° 001/RQ/BIIIC/BIIICITB/2026 of 09/04/2026 for the PURCHASE OF PRESSURE PIPES AND WATER MAINTENANCE ACCESSORIES in Bamenda III Council Area, Mezam Division in the North West Region.  

Contract Value: 9,479,779 CFA francs inclusive of taxes. (Nine Million Four Hundred and Seventy Nine Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy Nine)

Article 2: The above mentioned enterprise will realise the work within Sixty (60) Days as from the date of notification of Service Order to start the work.

Article 3: That the Bamenda III Council in close relationship with the Manager of PURPOSE ENGINEERING COMPANY LTD is charged with the drafting of the Jobbing Order related to this Request for Quotation.

Article 4: That the present decision shall be registered and communicated wherever and whenever necessary.
