HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS

Article 1: That S.P.N.P http://P.O.BOX 473 BAMENDA, has been awarded Request for Quotation N° 002/RQ/BIIIC/BIIICITB/2026 of 20/04/2026 for the PURCHASE OF SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT FOR THE FIGHT AGAINST UNSANITARY CONDITIONS, POLLUTION AND NUISANCES in Bamenda III Municipality, in Mezam Division, in the North-West Region.  

Contract Value: 27,462,083 CFA francs inclusive of all Taxes. (Twenty Seven Million Four Hundred and Sixty Two Thousand Eighty Three Francs)

Article 2: The above mentioned enterprise will realise the work within 60 (Sixty) days as from the date of notification of Service Order to start the work.

Article 3: That the Bamenda III Council in close relationship with the Director General of S.P.N.P is charged with the drafting of the Jobbing Order related to this Request for Quotation.

Article 4: That the present decision shall be registered and communicated wherever and whenever necessary.
