HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS

Article 1: That PURPOSE ENGINEERING COMPANY LTD, is awarded Request for Quotation N° 003/RQ/BIIIC/BIIICITB/2026 of 20/04/2026 for the PURCHASE OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT FOR THE NDZAH HEALTH CENTER in the Bamenda III Sub-Division in the Mezam Division in the North-West Region.  

Contract Value: 14,328,000 CFA francs inclusive of taxes. (Fourteen Million Three Hundred and Twenty Eight Thousand)

Article 2: The above-mentioned enterprise will realise the work within Sixty (60) Days as from the date of notification of Service Order to start the work.

Article 3: That the Bamenda III Council in close relationship with the Manager of PURPOSE ENGINEERING COMPANY LTD is charged with the drafting of the Jobbing Order related to this Request for Quotation.

Article 4: That the present decision shall be registered and communicated wherever and whenever necessary.
