HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS

Article 1: That P.F CONSTRUCTION INC CO. LTD http://P.O.BOX 4006 BAMENDA, is awarded Consultation N° 002/CF/MUT/AGR/BIIIC/BIIICITB/MINHDU/PIB/2026 of 26/02/2026 for the TRIPLE SURFACE DRESSING OF ROAD FROM FONCHA STREET JUNCTION TO GBTTC in Bamenda III Council Area, Mezam Division of the North West Region.  

Contract Value: 49,989,600 CFA francs All Taxes Inclusive. (Forty Nine Million, Nine Hundred And Eighty Nine Thousand, Six Hundred Francs)

Article 2: The above mentioned enterprise will realise the work within 120 (One Hundred and Twenty) Days as from the date of notification of Service Order to start the work.

Article 3: That the Bamenda III Council in close relationship with the Director General of P.F CONSTRUCTION INC CO. LTD is charged with the drafting of the Contract related to this Consultation File.

Article 4: That the present decision shall be registered and communicated wherever and whenever necessary.
