HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS

Article 1: That ROYAL DIVINE ENTERPRISE http://P.O.BOX 5050, is awarded the Open National Invitation to Tender N° 002/ONIT/BIIIC/BIIICITB/PIB/2026 of 09/04/2026 for the CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE AROUND THE INTEGRATED HEALTH CENTER NKWEN (PHASE II) in Bamenda III Subdivision, Mezam Division, North West Region (Phase II).  

Contract Value: 14,995,604 CFA francs all Taxes inclusive. (Fourteen Million Nine Hundred and Ninety Five Thousand Six Hundred and Four)

Article 2: The above mentioned enterprise will realize the work within Ninety (90) Days as from the date of notification of Service Order to start work.

Article 3: That the Bamenda III Council in close relationship with the Director General of ROYAL DIVINE ENTERPRISE is charged with the drafting of the Jobbing Order related to this Tender.

Article 4: That the present decision shall be registered and communicated wherever and whenever necessary.
