DECISION BEARING ON THE AWARD OF THE CONTRACT FOLLOWING THE PUBLICATION OF RESTRICTED NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER N° 01/RNIT/PIISAH/MIDENO/MITB/13/84/2026 OF 30th APRIL 2026 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THREE POST HARVEST STRUCTURES (TWO FOR MAIZE AND ONE FOR WHEAT) IN SANTA SUBDIVISION, NGOKETUNJIA DIVISION AND TUBAH SUBDIVISION THROUGH MUTUAL AGREEMENT PROCEDURE     THE DIRECTOR GENERAL   North West Development Authority     - Mindful of Decree N° 81/350 of 13/8/81 (Amended by Decree No 82/54 of 9/2/82 to set up the North West Development Authority [MIDENO]);   - Mindful of Decree N° 2018/791 of 14/12/2018 appointing Mr. Cletus Anye Matoyah as Director General of the North West Development Authority (MIDENO);   - Mindful of Decree N° 2018/366 of 20/6/2018 revising the Public Contracts Code;   - Mindful of Circular N° 0001877/C/MINFI of 31st December 2025 bearing on the instructions on the implementation of the Finance Laws, the monitoring and control of the execution of the budgets of the State and other public entities for the 2026 fiscal year;   - Considering the publication of Restricted National Invitation to Tender N° 01/RNIT/PIISAH/MIDENO/MITB/13/84/2026 of 30th April 2026 for the construction of three post-harvest structures (two for maize and one for wheat) in Santa Sub-Division, Ngoketunjia Division and Tubah Sub-Division;   - Considering the evaluation, observations, recommendations and proposal for award N° 04B/MIDDENO/B/MITB/13/84 of 26/5/2026 from the Adhoc Committee;   - Considering award proposal N° 012/L/MITB/2026 of 3rd June 2026 from the MIDENO Internal Tenders Board;   - Considering the publication of results N° ........./MIDENO/B/MITB/13/84 of ........... 5 JUN 2026   - And considering the necessity of service;
