Considering Ministerial Decision No.00000119/CAP/MINMAP of 26`" March 2024 bearing on the
appointment of a president of the Idenau Council Internai Tender Board.
Considering Tender notice No. 10/ONIT/IC/FAKO/ICITB/PIB2026 of 12/03/2026 for theGrading, Backfilling and compaction of the road from BIR camp leading to Sanje Village;
Considering Tenders' Board session of 15th April 2026 and award proposai made on the 17 April 2026

Article 2: That the present decision shall be signed and published wherever necessary;
Article 3: That the winner is hereby invited to contact the Mayor of Idenau council within 24 hours to collect his notification letter. Consequently, ail unsuccessful bidders are hereby giving 15 days to withdraw their bids from the General Secretariat of Idenau Council or same shall be disposed without any further notice.
