Consultation N°001/CF/PPRD/2026 of 01 April 2026 for the supply of hygiene and sanitation equipment; |

Considering |
the award proposal by the Ad-Hoc Committee for evaluation of offers following letter NO001/2026/L/AHC-PPRD/PR of 30/04/2026. |
HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: The enterprise TCHA’S COMPANY LTD, Tsinga, Yaounde, P.O BOX, Tel: 695313620,
tchas2025@gmail.com, has been awarded the Contract after the Consultation N°001/CF/PPRD/2026 of 01 April 2026 following the authorisation of Mutual agreement N°02295-26/L/PR/MINMAP/SG/DGMAS/DMAG/CE3 of 27 March 2026 for the supply of hygiene and sanitation equipment, for the amount of CFAF Ninety-nine million nine hundred and ninety-nine thousand six hundred and sixty (99,999,616) and a duration of forty-five (45) days.
Article 2: The Contract forming the subject matter shall be financed by the 2026 Budget of the PPRD.
Article 3: The decision shall be registered and published in the public contracts logbook and wherever need be.
