THE ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR OF THE NORTH WEST LIVESTOCK DEVELOPMENT FUND (CONTRACTING AUTHORITY);

-         Mindful of the Constitution;

-         Mindful of Decree No. 317 of 8/11/1974 creating and organising the North West Livestock Development Fund;

-          Mindful of Decree No.2018/366 of 20/6/2019 modifying the Public Contract Code;

-          Mindful of Arrete  No.00002/MINEPIA of 17/01/2014 appointing Mr. Mbah Shupong Michael as the Administrative Director of CDENO;

-          Mindful of Decision n^o.0000005/CAB/MINMAP of 03/01/2020 appointing the President of the Internal Tender’s Board of CDENO;

-          Mindful of Decision n^O.008/03Vol.4/CDENO/ AD of 02/04/2020 to establish the list of members for the CDENO internal Tender’s Board;

-         Considering Open National Invitation to Tender n^o. 012/ONIT/CDENO/CITB/2025 of 11/07/2025   for the Supply of Livestock Vaccines by emergency procedure to CDENO.

DECIDES

ARTICLE  1: That the contract for the Supply of  Livestock vaccines by emergency procedure to CDENO following the invitation to tender mentioned above is hereby awarded to the enterprise below as follows:
