THE PRESIDENT OF THE STEERING COMMITTEE OF THE PPRD,

Mindful of     the Constitution;

Mindful of        Law N° 2018/011 of 11 July 2018 to lay down the Cameroon Code of Transparency and Good Governance in public finance management;

Mindful of        Law N° 2018/012 of 11 July 2018 relating to fiscal regime of the State and other public entities;

Mindful of     Law No. 2024/013 of 23 December 2024 the finance law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2025 financial year;

Mindful of     Decree No 2011/412 of 09 December 2011 reorganizing the Presidency of the Republic;

Mindful of     Decree No 2011/408 of 09 December 2011 organizing the Government;

Mindful of     Decree No 2013/271 of 05 August 2013 modifying and completing certain dispositions of Decree No 2012/074 of 08 March 2012 creating, organizing the functioning of Tenders Boards of public contracts;

Mindful of     Decree No 2012/075 of 08 March 2012 creating the ministry of public contracts ;

Mindful of     Decree No 2012/076 of 08 March 2012 modifying and completing certain dispositions of Decree  No 2001/075 of 08 March 2012 modifying and completing certain dispositions of Decree ;

Mindful of     Decree No 2018/366 of 20 June 2018 to institute the Public Contracts Code;

Mindful of     Order No 075/CAB/PM of 30 July 2024 on the reorganization of Presidential Plan for the Reconstruction and Development of the North West and South West Regions;

Mindful of     Order No 327/A/MINMAP of 14 November 2024 creating a Special Tenders Board within the Presidential Plan for the Reconstruction and Development of the North-West and South-West Regions;

Mindful of     Order No 21/CAB/PM of 21 March 2024 to appoint the Chairman of the Pilot Committee of the Presidential Plan for the Reconstruction and Development of the North West and South West Regions;

Considering The Open National Invitation to Tender (Emergency procedure) N° 01/ONIT/PPRD/STB/2025 of 22/04/2025;

Considering  the award proposal by the Special Tenders Board of the PPRD following letter NO00000060/2025/L/STB-PPRD NW-SW of 28 May 2025.

HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:

 Article 1: The enterprise cited below has been awarded the contract following Open National Invitation to Tender NO06/ONIT/PPRD/STB/2025 for the rehabilitation and extension of electricity network in Jakiri-Ntohti, Jakiri Subdivision, Bui Division, North West Region. The award is as follows:

 Article 2: The contract forming the subject matter shall be financed by the 2025 Budget of the PPRD.

Article 3: The decision shall be registered and published in the public contracts logbook and wherever need be.
