Article 1: That Jobbing Order relating to the PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT FOR THE BABESSI COUNCIL FISH FARM  IN BABESSI SUB-DIVISION, NGOKETUNJIA DIVISION OF THE NORTH WEST REGION, has been awarded to the Enterprise herein mentioned below:
