Only bidders may attend this opening session or be represented by a person of their choice with a thorough knowledge of the case. The evaluation of the bids will take place in three stages: Step 1 : Verification of the conformity of each bidder's administrative file. Step 2 : Technical evaluation of administratively compliant bids Step 3 : Verification of the financial offers of the companies whose technical offers have been selected |
