Subject: Extension of deadline for submission of bids   The City Mayor on behalf of the Bamenda City Council launched the following tenders:   1. Open National Invitation to tender N°003/ONIT/BCCITB/26 for the control and supervision of the works of maintenance earth and tarred roads in Bamenda Mezam Division. 2. Open National Invitation to tender N°004/ONIT/BCCITB/26 for the maintenance of some maintenance of some earth roads within Bamenda Mezam Division in two (02) lots: Lot 1 & Lot 2. 3. Open National Invitation to tender N°005/ONIT/BCCITB/26 for the maintenance of some maintenance of some tarred roads (Virgin – Ntenefor – Mile 3 Nkwen) in Bamenda City.   He wishes to inform the general public and interested candidates that the deadline for submission of bids of these tenders originally scheduled for 10th April 2026 and earlier extended to the 17th & 23rd April 2026 and then to the 14th May 2026 is further extended to the 29th May 2026.   This present extension of deadline is because the Ascension Day which is a public holiday, is on the 14th May 2026 and for wider publicity.   Yours Sincerely,   The City Mayor,   Bamenda City Council
