PUBLIC NOTICE SUBJECT: Extension of deadline for submission Of bids. The City Mayor on behalf of the Bamenda City Council launched the following tenders: l . Open National Invitation to tender N0003/ONIT/BCCITB/26 for the control and supervision of the works of maintenance earth and tarred roads in Bamenda Mezam Division. 2. Open National Invitation to tender N0 004/ONIT/BCCITB/26 for the maintenance of some maintenance of some earth roads within Bamenda Mezam Division in two (02).lots: Lot I & Lot 2.. 3. Open National Invitation to tender N0005/ONIT/BCCITB/26 for the maintenance of some maintenance of some tarred roads (Virgin — Ntenefor — Mile 3 Nkwen) in Bamenda City. He wishes to inform the general public and interested candidates that the deadline for submission of bids of these tenders originally scheduled for 10th April 2026 and earlier extended to the 17th & 23 rd April 2026 is further extended the 14th May 2026. Each tender, drafted in English or French. - The offer shall be uploaded, by the bidder on the COLEPS platform or any other electronic communication means indicated by the Project Owner no later than 10^th April 2026 at 10am server time. A backup copy of the tender recorded on a USB key or CD/DVD must be sent in a sealed envelope clearly and legibly marked “backup copy”, in addition to the above mentioned, within deadlines plus an original copy of the administrative file. File size and format The maximum sizes of the documents making up the bidder‟s offer and that shall be forwarded to the platform are as follows:  5 MB for the Administrative File;  15 MB for the Technical bid;  5 MB for the Financial bid.
