CONSTRUCTION OF TWO (02) WAREIIOUSES AND STORES AT
ESSEWEII-LEW011 AND AT NJENAWUNG, ALOU COUNCIL,
LEIIIALEM DIVISION, SOUTII-WEST REGION

1.     As part of the agreement, financing for the Construction of two (02) warehouses and stores at Essevelt-Lewoh and a t Njenawung, Mou Council, Lebialem Division, South-West Region, for a lead period of ninety (90) calendar days.

1.     The Government of Cameroon has received funding from the World Bank to finance the cost of Local Governance and Resilient Comm unifies Project (PROLOG). As part of its implémentation, PROLOG has signed an agreement with ALOU COUNCIL (PROLOG COMMUN1TY INVESTMENT SUPPORT GUANT AGREEMENT ­ALOU COUNCIL, LEBtALEM DIVISION, SOUTHWEST REGION to build comunity infrastructure.

1.     The Mayor of Mou Council now invites quotations from contractors for the Works described in Annex I: Works Requirements, attached to titis RFQ. As soon as the RFQ is published, the tender's file will be made available to ail bidders, cuiller at their request to the Mou Council (Employer) or the PROLOG PMU/RCU.

The Mayor of Alou Council now invites quotations from contractors for the Works described in Annex I: Works Requirements, attached to titis RFQ. As soon as the RFQ is published, the tender's file will be made available to all bidders, at their request to the Alou Council (Employer) or the PROLOG PMU/RCU.

The deadline for receipt of requests for clarification, expressed as a number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders, is (07) days Employer and send a copy of it to all the Companies, including a description or the request for clarification, but without identifying its source.

14. The quotations shall be valid until ninety (90) days after opening

The deadline for submission of Quotations is the 13)10/2026 at 10 am!

 Any tender arriving after the deadline for submission of tenders will he rejected. Tenders
will be opened ln the presence of the tenderers' representatives al the above-mentioned address.

22. The opening of the quotations will take place at the Conference Hall of the ALOU Council on 13/10/2026 at 11 am, local lime, in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives, by the Internal Tender Board.

The quotations will be evaluated to determine substantial responsiveness of the technical proposal.

·I Check that the Letter of Quotation is properly compiled, dated and signed with the name and titie of the signatory; Verification that the Unit Price Schedule and Detailed and Quantitative Specifications have been duly compiled, dated and signed. Assessment of the technical qualification of each admissible tender in accordance= with the tender evaluation grid.

   The Contract will be awarded to the Contractor who meets the eligibility requirements in accordance with the RFQ, offers the lowest evaluated prices, offers a technically compliant quotation, and guarantees completion of the Works by the specified date.
