Au lieu de ... Tenders shall be opened once on the 19th/02/2026 at 2 PM, in the meeting room of the council Datcheka in the presence of tenderers. Only bidders may attend the opening session or be represented by one person (even if group) of their choice with a perfect knowledge of the case. However, an additional person acting as an interpreter is accepted, if necessary.
