The services covered by this Tender Document are grouped into one single (01) lot 

Participation is opened on equal terms to all Cameroonian companies based in Cameroon with proven experience in the field office equipment. 

The works covered by this Call for Tenders are financed by the Basic Education found for fiscal year 2026, Imputation: 60 15 184 0 44170001 0980 524118

The physical version of the tender dossier can be obtained during working hours at the Governor's Office of the West Region. upon presentation of a receipt of payment to the public Treasury of a non-refundable sum of: Twenty-  six thousand (26 000) FCF A payable at the general Treasury of Bafoussam, 

Admissibility of tenders

The maximum execution time provided by the project Owner for the completion of the work. subject of this call for  render, is two (02) months, and take effect from the date of notification of the service order to start work. 

The absence of the bid bond issued by a first-rate bank or a first-class financial institution authorized by the Ministry of Finance to issue guarantees in the context of public procurement. will lead to the outright rejection of the offer. A bid  deposit produced but unrelated to the consultation concerned is considered to be missing. The bid deposit presented by a bidder during the bidding session is inadmissibie. Moreover, and in accordance with the provisions of Circular 

N°000014/C/MINMAP/CAB of the 23rn July 2025, (Paragraph H, Item 4), the Procurement Committee shall  ensure that the bid bonds presented in the context of this consultation consist of instruments issued by financial institutions and deposit receipts issued by the CDEC
