The maximum time frame provided for by the Project Owner for the execution of works subject of this invitation to tender is Thirty (30) days. This time frame shall run from the date of notification of the administrative order to start the  service

The works are subdivided in a single batch

Participation in this Call for Tenders is open to companies under Cameroonian law with proven experience in the  execution of Public works projects meeting the conditions set out in the Special Regulations for Calls for Tenders (RP).

Participation in the form of a group is permitted provided that the leader is designated and the specific responsibilities of each member are clearly apparent. 

The works under this invitation to tender shall be financed by the Public Investment Budget of MINEDUB  2026 on the Head line 60 151811 33000001 0912464201.

The record of tender may be obtained during working hours to the Internal Public Contracts Administrative Management  Entities (SIGAMP) (door 217) of the municipality of PETE-BANDJOUN, as soon as this notice is published, against payment of a non-refundable sum of 25 000 [wentv·Five thousand) CFA francs payable to the municipal recipe of the  PETE-BANDJOUN Council.
